Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot  intends to fill up vacancies on contract basis for its constituent College & Hospitals.

Guru Gobind Singh Medical College & Hospital, Faridkot

Senior/Junior Residents  in the Clinical Departments. Candidates are required  to appear for Walk-in-Interview  on 2.5.2012 at 9.30 a.m. in the University office.

Civil Hospital Badal

Medical Specialist-1,Anaesthetist-1, Radiologist/Sonologist-1, Staff Nurse-8, Lab. Technician-2, OTA-2. Last date for  receipt of application form is 7.5.2012.

Terms and conditions:

1. The application fee for the post of Senior/Junior Resident is Rs. 1500/- (Rs. 750/- SC/ST) , Non-refundable. The fee shall   be deposited at Cash counter of the University.
2. For the posts at Civil Hospital, Badal the applicant must enclose demand draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs.250/- SC/ST), non-refundable in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.
3. The University has right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage without citing any reason or not to fill any or all the posts.
4. It is not obligatory to call each candidate for interview who fulfills the prescribed qualifications.
5. The upper age limit for the general candidate is 37 years and 42 years for the categories of SC/ST.

6. The Application on prescribed proforma must accompany self attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, detailed marks sheet, degree, experience, Registration  etc.

7. Walk-in-Interview for the posts of  Senior/Junior Resident will be held on 2.5.2012 at 9.30 a.m. in the University office.

8. For the posts at Civil Hospital, Badal the last date of receipt of application form at the office of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot is 7.5.12 upto 5.00 p.m.

9. Candidates applying for different posts need to fill separate form.

10. Qualification & Experience  for the posts of Senior/Junior Resident as per MCI norms.

11. Qualification & experience for the posts at Civil Hospital, Badal as per Punjab Govt. Applicant must possess the requisite qualification and experience by the last date of receipt of application.

12. The applications received without a valid bank draft or without legible copies of documents or apparently containing incomplete information and those received after prescribed date & time will be summarily rejected.

13. Consolidated pay for the post of Senior Resident is Rs.42000/- p.m and Rs.35,000/- p.m for the post of Junior Resident.
14. Vacancies in the clinical departments i.e. Medicine, Surgery, Radio-diagnosis,     OBG, Orthopedics, Paediatrics, Radiotherapy, ICU(Surgery), ICCU(Medicine).
15. Candidates already in service must route their application Through Proper Channel.
